WORKING PROCESS
Customer Needs Analysis and Project Planning
The first step in our work process is to understand the demands, expectations and special requirements of our customers. We create the project plan in detail together with our customer in line with factors such as product concept, quality standards, budget and delivery time.
Fabric Research and Material Selection
We identify the right fabrics that match the functionality of the product and customer expectations. We carefully select materials that comply with quality standards, taking into account factors such as the texture, durability and aesthetics of the fabric. Thus, we ensure that the product is of high quality, long-lasting and in accordance with expectations.
Design and Model Pattern Preparation
Our design team works to create aesthetic and functional products in line with fashion trends. We develop the most suitable design solutions according to customer demands and ensure that the product is formed in the correct form down to the finest detail by preparing the correct model moulds in the desired dimensions.
Sample Production and Approval Process
For the realisation of the design, we prepare the vendor sample with the selected fabric and details. Before being presented to customer representatives, the product undergoes quality control tests and every detail is carefully examined. The sample is revised when necessary, and after receiving the customer’s approval, we proceed to the mass production stage.
Fabric and Material Supply at the Ordering Stage
Before the mass production process, we supply all the fabrics and materials required at the order stage. Equipped with fabrics and accessories in accordance with high quality standards, the products are prepared for a smooth production process.
Laying of Moulds and Cutting Process
We prepare the approved model moulds for the cutting process by laying them in the desired dimensions. By showing high precision at every stage, we ensure that all details of the model are cut in the correct size and quality.
Completion of details such as printing, embroidery and hand embroidery
We carry out processes such as printing, embroidery or hand workmanship according to the specified details of the products. These processes ensure that each product has the look and feel of the brand, while prioritising quality.
Sewing and Adding Accessories
We carry out the sewing process by bringing together the pieces that have been cut and added details such as printing and embroidery. With the correct labelling and accessory additions, the products are finished to reflect the brand’s identity and presented to the customer to the highest standards.
Piece Painting Processes
If the product requires part painting, the painting process is carried out using professional methods. With an even and durable colour distribution, the products gain originality and become long-lasting.
Quality Control, Ironing and Packaging
The finished products are subjected to a detailed examination by our quality control team. After passing quality control approval, the products are ironed and carefully packed for a perfect presentation.
Final Quality Approval and Delivery
The approved products are made ready for shipment and are safely delivered to the customer via the transport company. With this gradual and meticulous workflow, we aim to provide our customers with quality, aesthetic and durable products, while at the same time exceeding their expectations at every step.
